Richmond Hotel Yamagata Ekimae

The room and bathroom size was good and the beds were comfortable. The lounge area was nice with the free drinks in the afternoon. We had enough place for the luggage at the entry area. Everything was clean except behind the curtains.

Breakfast was good. Hope could be improved with different varieties everyday. The location just beside Yamagata station. Love how helpful the hotel staff is, he was trying hard to explain in English, and keep helping us during the stay. I love how they greet us everytime we passby the lobby lift. Thank you very much for making us warm!

Easy access to/from JR Yamagata Station and within a short walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Good buffet breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, and great staff.

Very conveniently located 2 min walk from the station. Rooms are clean and comfortable with all amenities, there’s a common room for laundry, vending machines etc. Very friendly staff and breakfast was delicious!!
